I don't get the emails

nouter sends emails for the invitation to the workspace, the reply to a request (a connector, credits, joining), usage notices and, to owners, the daily summary of requests. If you expect one and it doesn’t arrive, try this in order.

The emails come from Nouter. Search for that name in your whole mailbox, including spam and promotions. If it’s there, mark it as not spam so the next ones reach your main inbox.

An owner sees whom they invited in Organization → Members → Pending. If the email is misspelled, the invitation went to another mailbox: Cancel invitation and invite again with the right email. If it’s right, Resend in the row’s ⋮ menu sends the email again.

If your workspace has Slack connected, some notices arrive as a direct message from the Nouter app in Slack instead of by email: that a request was resolved, the daily summary, the usage and auto-reload ones, and the one about a retired model. The invitation and the own-domain notice always go by email. See Notifications.

4. Check whether you turned the notice off

Section titled “4. Check whether you turned the notice off”

The daily summary is turned off with the link at the bottom of the email itself or with the switch in Settings → General. If you turned it off, it doesn’t come back on its own: turn it on there. See Your profile and language.

Notices about requests and usage go to whoever can act on them, that is, the owners. If you’re a member and want to know what happened to your request, the reply email reaches you when an owner approves or dismisses it.

If you need to get in and the invitation doesn’t arrive, an owner can give you your company’s invitation link: with it you sign in with your company email without waiting for the email (I can’t get into the workspace).
