I can't get into the workspace

Find what you see in the first column. If your case isn’t there, write to an owner of your workspace: they are the ones who can invite you.

What you see	Why it happens	What to do
That your request to join is pending	The workspace asks an owner to approve newcomers	Wait: the owner sees it in Notifications → Requests. When they approve it, you get an invitation email and you get in the next time you sign in
That your account doesn’t belong to the workspace	You signed in with an email from another domain, or from a domain the workspace doesn’t let in on its own	Ask an owner to invite you by email from Members. Sign in with the same email the invitation goes to
That the link expired or is turned off	Invitation links last 90 days, and an owner can turn them off	Ask an owner for a new link or an invitation by email. No notice arrives when a link expires
That the workspace reached its user limit	All the seats of the plan are taken	An owner adds users in Billing and invites you again
Your trial ended, Payment pending or Your subscription ended	The workspace is suspended	An owner pays from Billing and the workspace reactivates on its own. If you aren’t an owner, you see “Ask a workspace admin to subscribe”. See If the workspace is suspended

If you’re an owner and someone can’t get in

Look at Organization → Members → Pending: the invitations and the requests to join are there.
If the invitation didn’t reach them, use Resend in the row’s ⋮ menu (if the email doesn’t arrive, see I don’t get the emails).
If the email is misspelled, Cancel invitation and invite again with the right one.
If it’s from another domain, invite them by email: the invitation link is for your company’s domains.

If your workspace is new

You sign in with the workspace address you chose when you created it. If you use a free email account, your teammates join by invitation: share the workspace link with them (Creating your workspace).
