Settings, with search and preferences

The Settings window is redone: a search box, Preferences with General, Account and Usage, and the Organization entry. General brings Appearance (theme in System, Light or Dark, and Motion in System or Reduced), Dictation and Notifications, with Usage alerts always on and the Daily requests summary switch.

The search box finds settings by keyword (theme, photo, commits) and rows that don’t exist yet show a notice where the control would be, without a button that looks broken.
