Requests and updates, in one place

Organization → Notifications opens on Requests: one row per connector request (grouped, with who asked, the date and the reason), for credits, joining and skills, with Review and the X to dismiss.

It adds the Updates tab with what your app’s version already brings, Updates (N) with the ones that person hasn’t seen, and seen per person. The pending count appears in the Organization panel and the account menu; updates don’t add to that count.
